8. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become client property after full payment

  • LeapForge Digital may use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

LeapForge Digital shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue decline

  • Third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client violates terms

  • Abusive or unethical behavior occurs

  • Non-payment persists

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably first

  • Legal jurisdiction shall be based on the company’s registered location
